  3. This movie is called Bel Ami based on the book by the same title, written in 1885 by French author Guy de Maupassant. It’s about Georges Duroy’s rise to power in Paris via his manipulation of the city’s most influential and wealthy women. Should be a very steamy and yummy depiction. A few of Duroy’s conquests are being played by Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci.
